The name Michelle Yu PREC*, Broker Owner of RE/MAX Real Estate Services, is synonymous with success when it comes to the real estate industry. With almost 30 years of experience behind her, and no sign of her slowing down ahead, Yu believes the time is right to actively expand her brokerage – but with a clear, new, modern vision. She seeks to create a legacy—to pass the baton if you will.

With multiple awards and accolades as a RE/MAX realtor, Yu’s brokerage has a long history in metro Vancouver. With an exciting move into Oakridge Park planned for late 2024, or early 2025, her AAA strata offices will be world-class and “create the perfect environment for realtors,” she says. 

Please take note that, Yu is not looking for just any realtors. She is currently seeking professional real estate agents who are “like-minded and eager to learn.”
